- What information should I offer if I want to get a quotation?

a)The dimension of the product. (STP file will be appreciated)
b)The material and surface requirement.
c)Special requirement including engraving, packing etc.
d)Order quantity.
e)If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking.
f)Sample will be best for evaluation.
g)Your target price if possible.
- Can I place a sample order and how to get it?

1)Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Mixed samples are also acceptable. Please contact our sales for a stock list.
2)After the price is confirmed, you can require samples to check the goods quality.
Customer is responsible for the express freight.
3)For sample making, sample and mold charges will be applied (If needed).
Final price will be confirmed after the final sample confirmed by customer.
- How is an order processed?

a)Please give your requirements, such as qty, size, color, packing etc.
b)Send quotation according to your requirements or our suggestions.
c)Provide a proforma invoice with your agreement.
d)Proceed your order or pre-production sample after your payment.
e)Confirm deliver date, shipping method.
f)Confirm customer received the goods & offer after service.
- What can we do on the custom tax?

It's different from each country, just tell us what's the declared value you want, you shall get the goods by low custom tax.
- What can we do if there is broken products?

ach products checked carefully by our professional QC team, but the delivering process is uncontrollable. Don't worry about it, contact us in timely and take photos, we will help going solve this case. Mostly we will remake the good or it will be make discount or refund used by next order.
- How do you ship the orders?

a)By DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS and so on.
b)Freight forwarder appointed by customer.
c)We also have cheap shipping forwarder if needed.
